Paceline: All listed rides are paceline rides and require appropriate paceline skills or genuine willingness to learn.

A = 18-19mph  A+ = 19-20mph  A++ = 20-21+mph: Final overall average speed expected based on calm/light wind conditions and flat terrain. Headwinds, hilly terrain, and/or winter conditions will reduce these averages accordingly. FYI, consistent rolling speed for most of the ride is approximately 3mph faster than the final overall average speed.

No Drop Rides: Riders will generally not be dropped unless consistently unable to maintain group's rolling pace on the flats. Riders will soft pedal to regroup after hills, sprints, and intervals. Ride will stop to wait for most
mechanicals.

Drop rides: Except for quick mechanicals, riders unable to maintain group pace at all times will generally be dropped.

Club rides:
Club rides subject you to the rules and regulations of the sponsoring club. Membership and/or liability waiver is required. Helmets are mandatory. Aero bars use is prohibited on ABC rides and discouraged on all other group rides.

Independent Pick-Up Rides:
These rides are neither sponsored nor sanctioned by any particular club. Leader names are listed for contact information only and there is no liability assumed by anyone. Helmet use is strongly suggested and aero bars usage discouraged on all group rides.
