Thank you so much for your fight for accessibility in Middletown. I am a 40 year resident here  and I have a 21 year old who uses a wheelchair and actually broke her nose when she was younger be cause she fell forward off a curb. I was thrilled to see that finally something was being done to correct the problem with the many dangerous uncut curbs especially on the high traffic roads. We read the article in the paper that the curb cuts were due to your groups efforts. The new curbs look great and now my daughter will feel much safer on her trips though the town. However, I have noticed they skipped the curbs on Harmony Rd in front of Soveriegn Bank which is a very busy part of a main road that leads to a major shopping center that I know would be frequented by several people in the local area that use wheel chairs. There are 3 on my block alone. I hope you can help with this, I didn’t call the township thinking I would probably get the run around and I know they were supposed to appoint a compliance officer but I don’t know who it is. If you know and you would like me to contact them please get back to me. Thank you in advance for your help with this matter and for everything you have already accomplished for people with disabilities . It is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Kathleen Sherman
