Dear Judge Clyne:

As you will recall Your Honor was the mediator in the above captioned matter.

Unfortunately, the Defendant has not honored said agreement by failing to post on the the township Web site t until last week the name of their ADA coordinator and  the actual agreement.  They have also failed to submet two of the 60-day reports ADA progress; another is due in February As you know, they are liable for the $10,00 penalty for each failure.

Recently, the Defendant retaliated against Ms. Schwebel in her First Amendment and LAD rights by not reappointing her to the Middletown Human Rights Commission, on which she has served for 17 years, the last three as chairperson.which they admitted was done because of her filing this civil rights suit.

The undersigned respectfully requests that a conference call be scheduled.
